I would have to say that the first thing that stands out is the customer service! They insure that every step of the way that your order is secure and that you are satisfied. Housed in their own tins (with mirrors!) the Wet Ever Bold Hold Lip Lacquers are really enticing. The dripping colour on the tin is extended onto the clear gloss tube, and is a really fun touch. It definitely takes the packaging up a notch. The applicator is a doe foot, with a slim shape that is tapered with a curved well that holds a little extra product. It's perfect for the formula, as it makes lining lips an easy process, and holds enough gloss to fill in lips without multiple dips back into the tube.
As for the actual gloss, it is on the tacky side. It's quite opaque, with a nice high shine that does last for hours (partially, thanks to the tackiness.) While it doesn't feel heavy, the tackiness will not please those who don't do glosses because of it. That said, the opqcity is pretty great, making this more in line with a liquid lipstick than a standard gloss.
