Refund policy:
1, Within 15 days of receiving the package, we are committed to exchanging the product for you/your customer if the size is not appropriate. But you will be responsible for exchange shipments & costs.
2, We only accept EXCHANGE requests about SIZE. And the clothes should also be unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise and in sellable condition.
3, Special Deals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to product nature.
4, When there is quality problem, we will offer unconditional refund or returns and will give an extra gift at your next order.
To return your product, you should email us or ask for a return address. Once the return is made you need to send us a tracking link or shipping receipt in order to receive your refund.
The original shipping、return shipping fee and the related costs of the returned products might not be refunded if the return orders occurred for customer-side reasons by customers except for faulty items on arrival. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund in this case.
