I would have to say that the first thing that stands out is the customer service! They insure that every step of the way that your order is secure and that you are satisfied. That is very commendable. Something you don't really see anymore outta other companies. The product itself - was EXACTLY as expected and advertised. This is an adorabley designed semi-flush ceiling pendant, sure to fit into your home and show off it's warm, bright colors. This semi-flush pendants shade is made up of over 420 pieces of hand cut, stained art glass and 20 glass beads, each wrapped in a fine copper foil and soldered together at high heat to form each unique shade. It is hand created using the same technique developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early 1900's. Each piece is unique, and is sure to catch everyone's eye with it's vibrant colors.
