Easy to navigate site with helpful pictures! They even have videos! They have beautiful hair extensions of amazing quality that blend beautifully! I would have to say that the first thing that stands out is the customer service! They insure that every step of the way that your order is secure and that you are satisfied. That is very commendable. Something you don't really see anymore outta other companies. The product itself - was EXACTLY as expected and advertised.
