I would have to say that the first thing that stands out is the customer service! They insure that every step of the way that your order is secure and that you are satisfied. That is very commendable. Something you don't really see anymore outta other companies. The product itself - was EXACTLY as expected and advertised. Control Quality of Ground Meat - It comes with 3 size stainless steel grinder plates; so you can choose the coarseness and texture of your meat and ensure you can always get freshly grounded meat.


Safety Design - The locking knob and overload protection provide safety for use. The meat grinder will turns off if overheating or overloading occurs. Press the 'Reverse' button feature allow you to take out a tendon that got stuck while grinding.


Easy to clean - The meat grinder can be taken apart; washed and cleaned. The cutting attachment can be completely removed and very easy to clean.

 

Note: Don’t put them in the dishwasher.


Some Suggestions: Please choose a no water and smooth counter and place the meat grinder on the edge of it; then press it to expel the air from the suction cup; and turn down the knob to make the suction base suck on it .The suction works well in this way.
