I would have to say that the first thing that stands out is the customer service! They insure that every step of the way that your order is secure and that you are satisfied. The strap is both adjustable and detachable. With a removable shoulder strap and a flat pouch that can be used alone, you can use it according to your mood. Finally, we added a zipper to the edge of the flap so it doubles as a second area for storage. Perfect for throwing in your lipsticks and stray receipts.
